Thigh Lift
Beautiful, firm thighs
Flabby, excess skin on the upper thighs frequently develops
after consistent weight loss, after pregnancies or as the skin
ages more rapidly. The skin looses its elasticity, fat is redistributed.
The consequence is that fatty skin parts start to droop in synch
with the force of gravity. As a result, muscular and fatty tissue
of the upper thighs have dropped towards the knee.
If for instance drooping skin on the upper thighs did not sufficiently
contour itself after liposuction, the contour can be recreated
in thigh lifting surgery. The excess tissue is removed and the
scars that remain are placed in locations where they are hard
to see.
Upper thigh lifting is usually performed under complete anesthesia
and requires a one-day stay at the clinic.
